For nearly three decades, Katharina Babcock has been at the forefront of forensic science, leading laboratories, guiding investigations, and advocating for those who have been wronged. As the former overseer and director of all State of New Mexico Forensic Laboratories, she has spent her career ensuring that science serves justice — not the other way around.

Today, through her boutique forensic consultancy, Katharina brings that same depth of experience and personal commitment directly to the people and institutions who need it most. From federal law enforcement agencies and United States Attorneys, District Attorneys to public defenders, forensic labratories, civil litigators, and private families, she provides forensic analysis, expert witness testimony, cold case consulting, and victim advocacy with the precision of a scientist and the compassion of someone who understands what is truly at stake.

I built this practice to put that belief into action. To bring the knowledge I have spent a career developing directly to the people who need it: families searching for answers, investigators closing cold cases, attorneys building the strongest possible case, and survivors who deserve to have their story told with precision and care.
